The Europ Assistance Group is the inventor of the assistance concept. Following the overarching claim and mission statement of "You Live, We Care", it offers innovative insurance and service products in the areas of Travel, Mobility, Home & Connected Living, Health, Senior Care and Cyber to provide private and corporate customers with tailor-made solutions in emergencies and everyday life that lead to peace of mind, stress reduction and time savings on the customer side - 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
The Project
Digitalization is progressing at a rapid pace in every branch. Accordingly, many new expectations and demands have arisen on the consumer as well as on the operator side:
● Conception and structuring of a modern, user-centered, and user-friendly B2B portal.
● Implementation of a high-performance CMS system (Storyblok) that offers a wide range of flexibility in visual design and editing as well as security and stability.
● In terms of usability and performance, the frontend was to be implemented as a Single Page Application (SPA) and be optimally usable on all common end devices.
This new identity of Europ Assistance is underlined by a striking visual language, a completely new design, a modern logo, a new website, and a unified social media presence.
