The National Retail Federation (NRF)'s Big Show is the world's largest retail event, uniting over 35,000 professionals and vendors from 90+ countries. The Big Show provides crucial insights and serves as a central hub for industry professionals. NRF has a diverse suite of technologies to support its digital ecosystem. NRF's teams faced several challenges with their older tech investments. They struggled to meet expectations due to slow feature development processes, relying heavily on expensive developers. To address this, they selected RDA as their digital consultancy for a strategic roadmap to align modern platform investments with their growing business needs. RDA facilitated the selection and smooth implementation of Storyblok's headless CMS. Storyblok’s CMS now enables NRF’s content editors to easily and rapidly modify content.
