JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of our global total rewards strategy. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role at a fast-growing SaaS company that operates fully remotely with a distributed global team. You will be instrumental in ensuring our compensation, benefits, and broader rewards initiatives are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our mission and culture. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Total Rewards Strategy
- Lead the global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, recognition, wellbeing, and performance incentives, to support business growth and attract top talent across multiple regions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align rewards initiatives with our values and growth objectives.
- Evolve our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to reflect the needs of a modern, remote, and global workforce in the technology space.
Compensation, Performance and Recognition,
- Design and manage global job architecture and compensation structures that are scalable, competitive, and equitable.
- Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking and compensation analyses across diverse geographies to ensure fair and attractive pay practices.
- Support Talent Acquisition by providing timely market benchmarks and guidance for new roles and job offers.
- Support the rollout and improvement of performance-related reward systems and employee recognition programs.
- Collaborate with other People teams and leadership on frameworks that reward growth, learning, and meaningful contributions.
Benefits & Wellbeing
- Build and manage benefits programs that address the diverse needs of our remote-first, international team.
- Partner with vendors to offer inclusive and locally compliant benefit offerings including health, retirement, wellness, and more.
- Continuously improve offerings to support employee wellbeing and retention in a high-growth environment.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work closely with the People Experience team to operationalize compensation and benefits programs.
- Partner with Remuneration to ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation changes, bonus payments, and benefits enrollments across global jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with and coach the other Total Reward team member that is part of the team
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate support for budgeting and headcount planning
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across all jurisdictions where we operate.
- Provide data-driven insights, reporting, and recommendations to support strategic planning and workforce growth.
- Manage audits and ensure global compliance.
HR Systems & Tools
- Own and optimize the systems used for compensation and benefits tracking, ensuring scalability for a growing global team.
- Ensure HR data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with compliance and reporting requirements.
Employee Communication & Support
- Develop clear, compelling communication around our total rewards offerings to ensure employees understand and appreciate their value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on all things total rewards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- 5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and/or benefits, ideally in a remote-first or global SaaS environment
- Deep knowledge of international compensation and benefits structures, with a focus on compliance and scalability
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., BambooHR, ERI, Gradar, etc.)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving needs
- Highly organized, detail-oriented,with experience leading collaborative initiatives and overseeing project execution
