Gladeye is a digital creative agency based in Aotearoa New Zealand. We work with thoughtful global organizations and ambitious, digital-first brands to define and execute digital innovation, brand design, editorial storytelling, and campaigns that positively impact people and the planet.

Being independent, we’re able to make choices based on our values. We value beauty and truth, and we don’t work with people or organizations who don’t. We believe digital design brings with it an enormous responsibility to build a future that’s better for everyone. We rate our work based on how it improves the lives of individuals, especially the most vulnerable, how it improves communities and society, and how it contributes to solving the critical problems of ecosystem collapse and climate change.
